Responsibilities

We are looking for an organized secretary to perform administrative tasks and welcome guests and clients to the office. The secretary is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.To be successful as a secretary, you must be able to multitask. A good secretary has excellent interpersonal skills as well as administrative experience.

  • Making travel arrangements for CEO.

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Prior experience in administration would be advantageous
  • Excelle nt communication Skills, Letter drafting skills, good typing speed.
  • Follow ups & Co-ordination work
  • Providing administrative & secretarial support to CEO Travel - Coordinating with travel desk and hotel desk for arranging Visas, Air Tickets, Hotel accommodations, etc
  • Keeping record of Incoming/outgoing Mails
  • Taking Dictation/ Notes etc
  • Candidate should be Prensentable.
