- Generating Enquiries by utilizing various platforms like mass mailing, telephonic calls, business portal and social media platforms.
- Generating Leads by connecting with enquiries receive on business portal, social media platforms, mail and directed telephonic calls.
- Communicating with Sales Team to provide them relevant leads.
- Preparation and communication of Quotations in guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Staying connected and assisting the leads to whom quotation has been send for order conversion.
- Once order is confirmed, coordination with support team for documentation and communicating the same with the planning team for order readiness and dispatch.
- Regular update and communication with Customers of the order progress, delivery and payment process.
- Providing order and service support to the Clients and Customers by closely coordinating with the plant and service team for the same.
- Maintaining the Data base on the CRM Software.
- Preparation of MIS data for effective decision making.
- Marketing through Mail, social media and other relevant platform.
